COLOR INSPECTION SYSTEM CIS
A traversing colour monitor for on-line fabric inspection. The scanner employed by a CIS-12 COLOR INSPECTION SYSTEM is basically a spectrophotometer with a geometric scan of 0/45°. It runs to and fro across the piece at a velocity of up to 1.2 m/second. As it does so, it produces an 18 mm wide 60 mm long scanning spot.The reproducibility of the readouts is exceedingly good.
The system provides/indicates:
- detailed information on any listing and ending
- sections of the batch that are either inside or outside the tolerances specified for the respective lot
- sections of the batch which match each other in colour
- a comparison between the current batch and ones previously dyed or samples
