Automatic detection of faults in on-line products
With the new Grey Goods Inspection System WIS, Mahlo has yet again set the standard for a user-friendly fabric monitor with a far more attractive cost-performance ratio than systems on the market up to now.
Using new camera-imaging technology, the WIS-12 Fabric Inspection System looks for
faults in on-line grey goods.
Product faults are visualized and the evaluator's parameters set up on a standardized 15" TFT colour monitor. Camera modules, light module and housing are conspicuously compact assemblies and thus work particularly well in conjunction with the longstandingly successful Colorscan CIS Colour Inspection System.
The system can be supplied in working widths of up to
2000mm. Other widths are available on request.
